Return Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 14-days of the delivery date (including weekends and holidays)

Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable
- Any items purchased at a discount (using a promo code or automatically discounted during a promotion) are *final sale* and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are not available at this time.
Starting a Return
To submit a return request on an eligible order, please use our contact form and include information for the order you’d like to make a return - please include the order number.
Return Process
Glory Goods Co. will provide you with return instructions that must be followed to ensure the products are returned to us safely. This includes reusing the packaging the item(s) were sent to you in (if possible), sharing the tracking information with us, etc.
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they’re free of damage — including free of scratches, creases, stains, etc. If item(s) are returned to us damaged and are not reusable, the damaged item(s) will not qualify for a refund. We recommend purchasing insurance on the packages you return to us, as any damage caused by the courier will result in us being unable to refund the order - so purchasing insurance with the courier will allow you to go through their claims process to get reimbursed. The return print(s) must be received damage-free in order for our team to provide you with a partial or full refund.
After we receive your return and confirm the item(s) are free of damage, our team will process your refund (minus any original shipping fees) within 7-business days after receipt.
Orders Damaged In-Transit
If your order is lost in-transit by the courier, Glory Goods Co. will gladly provide you with a free replacement of your entire order (where possible). In order for this policy to apply, the courier's tracking must show that the package was not delivered.
If a package shows delivered, but it has not actually arrived to you, please contact the courier directly. They are able to assist you in locating your package. If in the end, they confirm the package was not delivered to you, but either lost or delivered to the incorrect address, please have them email you (and if possible CC our team at shopglorygoodsco@gmail.com) with that information. We will need to see this correspondence to issue a free replacement.
There may be occasions where an order you make is lost by the courier and one or more of the items in your order are not replaceable due to the item selling out (for limited quantity products). In this case, Glory Goods Co. will replace the items that we are able to, and we will refund the other items.
If item(s) in your order are damaged in-transit by the courier, Glory Goods Co. will gladly provide you with a free replacement for those items. For this policy to apply, you must provide Glory Goods Co. with photo evidence of both the damaged item(s), and the damaged packaging within 48-hours of delivery (we use the timestamp on the courier's tracking to determine the cut-off for this policy). If you reach out within 48-hours of delivery and you provide the needed photo evidence, we will gladly provide you with free replacements for your damaged item(s). If you fail to reach out to our team within the 48-hours post-delivery, it will not qualify for a free replacement. Because the products we offer are delicate (paper goods), we have a strict 48-hour notification requirement to avoid replacing items for free that were damaged by the customer. CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER PURCHASE
If you need to make a change to your order (i.e. shipping address, item(s) purchased, size, quantity) please reach out to us via our contact form or directly to shopglorygoodsco@gmail.com right away. Orders can be produced and shipped the same day they're purchased, so it's vital you reach out to us immediately with any desired changes. If you reach out to make changes after your order has already been produced and shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make changes to your order. Glory Goods Co. is not responsible for errors in an order if we are contacted after an order is already produced and shipped.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Glory Goods Co.'s shipping fees do not include customs, duties, or import taxes. Glory Goods Co. is not responsible for any accrued customs/import costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. - the purchaser is responsible for any and all accrued customs/import costs. Every country has different customs policies and fees, so be sure to research what those may be for your country prior to purchasing any items from Glory Goods Co., as this will help avoid any surprises for you.
